Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (when applicable).
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@onlineshopoutlet.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval, as processing may be delayed.
- Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of: the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may be ineligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Items that are worn, washed, used, altered, or missing original packaging (when applicable)
- Items returned outside the return window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order. If you have questions, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel. In that case, you can request a return after delivery (if eligible).
