Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

or is otherwise deemed undeliverable, we may contact you to confirm the address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s).
